Equinox in Loughcrew

See the sun rising at 5000 year old Loughcrew megalithic Cairn T in Co. Meath. There is a spectacular performance on the mornings around the equinox every year. The rising sun illuminates the passage and chamber inside the tomb on Loughcrew. Show goes on only one hour. See it with Pendragon Tours this spring.
Due to the lack of guarantees of cloudless sunrise Cairn T will be open from 6:15am on Sunday the 20th of March, Monday the 21st March and Tuesday the 22nd March. .
Entrance to the tomb is free of charge. Make sure you have warm clothes and adequate shoes, because path from the carpark may be slippery. Take a sandwich or two, thermos also may be useful. Enjoy 5000 years old show.
Tickets: 29 euro (up to 5 persons). Departure from Dublin about 5 AM. Return to Dublin about 10 AM.
